  He said I should've given him a call. Why would I call when I know they're open till 5:30pm. I told him you should mention it on the website that you can close before the official times too so that you don't cause inconvenience to the customer. He said to me "but you didn't call either" and "either way I wasn't here".

  Pissed off! Wife took her car here for a service yesterday.I got home from work and she said to me i got my car serviced today and it sounds like its going to die. I thought to myself well that's not good. I took it for a drive and sure enough when i put my foot on the pedal to take off it sounded like it wanted to die, no power at all.pulled over to have a look and the air box was completely disconnected to the point where the air filter wasn't even sitting in the air box! Put it all back together and it worked fine again.I then thought to myself well while i'm here ill look at the rest of the car to see if anything right was done. oil was changed so that's a plus i guess, had a look at the oil filter and what do you know! the f*%$king thing is filthy! oil and grease everywhere! jacked the car up to take a better look and turns out it seems to have been changed but the useless workers they have there didn't wipe down anything. who cares right? they're not going to know right? Well we noticed! If i could service the car myself i would but unfortunately it has to be done professionally so we can keep the warranty on the car. professionals my ass! Never returning! This is going straight to the top as well. This place doesn't deserve to the operating.

  Have taken two separate cars to this location on several occasions, and although they may not be the cheapest, their service, and their willingness to talk you through everything they have done to the vehicle was greatly appreciated by myself. Have had tyres replaced, wheel alignment, new brakes, new brake pads, new wheel bearing hub, oil filter replaced, oil leak fixed & so on. Have never had a problem with either of these components since. Enjoy their service. They provide you with an estimated time of completion, will ring or text if any problems occur & to inform you of the works completion. I personally would be happy to recommend this specific location to any friends & family requiring automotive work.

  The worst customer service ever! The closing time is 5:30pm on Mondays. I was there 5:26 and they were closed. Next day I went there and complained about it and the stubborn guy at the reception kept arguing that he closed at 5:30pm and that I am lying. Did not apologize even once and spoke very rudely. No courtesy at all!!

  Great service and the guys were awesome to deal with. Did a few things to the car and quoted me for the work right down to the last dollar and also kept me informed with what needed doing before it was done. Great job guys keep up the good work. Will be back for my regular services to our cars
